In 2010 Michael collaborated with the E-Project on a number of interesting Commercial and Healthcare projects and formally took over the Practice in 2011. The objective was to build on the sustainability ethos of the practice and broaden the client base to incorporate Michael’s Civic, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Leisure project experience.

Prominent Commercial / Civic / Public Projects completed by EPCA over the past number of years include the TVM Office and Work Shop Building, Fermoy, the Ormonde Square Redevelopment, Dungarvan, the Dunmore East Harbour Master’s Building, a social and affordable residential scheme for Laois Co.
