E-Project Chartered Architects has a core of full-time Architects and supporting technical staff which enables the practice to undertake a wide variety of projects types and scales. All staff have a contribution to make to the design and construction process and roles overlap to ensure that there is an integrated approach to each project.

The Practice supplements its in-house Team as necessary from a core of long standing consulting staff – architects, interior designers, Civil and Structural Consulting Engineers, Mech and Elec Consulting Engineers, Cost Consultants and Landscape Architects as part of a ‘one stop’ service.

Using this model it is possible to assemble a suitably qualified hand picked team to react quickly to a Client’s programme.

The Key Staff across all disciplines work under the direction of the Lead Consultant, Michael Regan in his combined role as EPCA’s Practice Principle / Design Architect. As an integrated Team all Project Work Stage requirements – design, production information, administration and site management etc.- can progress concurrently leading to positive coordination and programme deliverables benefits.
